"It was not until aged 24, when my first significant relationship ended, that for the first time in my life, I was forced to stop and take a look at my own reflection. At that time it dawned on me that I had no idea who I was looking at.
What were this person’s values, his dreams, his desires? Did he enjoy being social or was he an introvert? How did he like to dress or what were his hobbies? The reflection was of a terrified, inauthentic and utterly lost individual..."

As a practicing psychotherapist (rather than a psychologist), I draw on a holistic framework instead of a medical/ diagnostic approach. Intuitively weaving through the various modalities, I constantly try to shift my focus between subjectivity and objectivity to attempt to tune in to your experience, as well as attain external insight.
I see therapy not as ‘doctor-patient’ scenario but rather as two colleagues ‘tackling a problem together’. The aim is to connect with you on an emotional /intellectual/experiential and/or spiritual level, therefore allowing your issues to be explored with a level of subjectivity and always with a high degree of compassionate understanding.
In regards to psychedelic support, I offer up-to-date information about treatment options, providers and modalities. I also offer preparation, integration, psychoeducation and harm reduction interventions to those who make their own choices to engage in substance use.
Ketamine support therapy is a specialised modality offering prescribed users an opportunity to take greater control of their Ketamine Assisted Therapy and promote long-term positive outcomes. Therapeutic support is offered with preparation, goals and intentions, auditory and visual setting manipulation, trip mindset, aftercare and integration.
Coupling my personal experiences with the understanding of psychosomatic science, transpersonal psychology, shamanic rituals, set, setting, preparation and integration, can become a part of your support framework; offering an open minded, judgement-free, compassionate and confidential solution.
"The questions we ask change the world that we see."
One of the ways I find best to look at emotions is to compare them to food and our digestive system. Like food, emotions are organic material that require processing (or digestion) by the body. Also like food, some emotions are more complex than others and subsequently require more effort and time to process.
You’re lonely, insecure about the dating game and are lovesick. You meet someone who is great and start thinking that you really like this person, that you could date, fuck and possible have a future together.
"There is only one thing that makes a dream impossible to achieve:
The fear of failure."
